Reusable Deliverables templates

Stop rebuilding the same deliverable from scratch. Save any deliverable as a reusable template — and bake AI generation directly into its structure.

Pre-built structures. Start from a ready-made template instead of a blank page, and save your own to reuse across clients.

Consistency across clients. Reuse the formats you rely on so your work stays consistent from one engagement to the next.

More than "draft an outline"

Most AI editors give you a single button — generate a draft, outline this document — and hand back one block of text. We offer than too, and it’s a great way to get started on a blank deliverable, but we’ve also introduced generative blocks.

We rethought how templates work in ELLA, harnessing all the benefits unique to generative AI. You can place multiple generative blocks throughout a template, each with its own prompt, interleaved with the fixed headings and language you want left untouched.

  • Purpose-built sections. Give each block its own instructions — an executive summary in one, a risk assessment in another, a valuation narrative below — so every part of the document is written for its specific job, not one generic pass over the whole thing.

  • Grounded in each client. Every block draws on that client's fact-finding answers and Sensemaking context, so the same template produces tailored content for each engagement instead of a generic fill-in.

  • Draft the whole document at once. Run multiple generative blocks together and watch them stream in, in parallel — one template becomes a complete, client-specific first draft, not an outline you still have to flesh out.

  • Weave your content in blocks. Blend generated sections with your own fixed language, and edit anything ELLA produces inline.
